2010 – Year in Review

All in all 2010 was pretty good year both triathlon and life wise. For the first time ever in my less than illustrious triathlon career, I started to train consistently. I biked 305 hours, for a total of 5215 miles. I run 152 hours, for a total of 941 miles. Read more…
